• The given prices include VAT and final cleaning.
• Tourist tax will be charged separately, from 01.04.2010 0,70 Euro per adult / day.
• For a short stay up to three nights we charge an extra 30,00€.
• TV and telephone are available in rooms and apartments.
• A cot and a high chair are available for our younger guests as well.
• Bed linen and towels are provided.
• Beverage list with a wide range of drinks is available.
• We offer our guests homemade cheese, mozzarella a la maison and fresh whey from our cheese dairy.
• Breakfast rolls can be delivered to apartments upon request.
• Full breakfast: € 8.00 per person / day.
• We will gladly fill your fridge with seasonal and regional products for 35 Euro upon your arrival.
• New at our farm - our barrel sauna - wood-fired with a view of Jachental.
• There are enough parking spaces; garages and carports are available on approval.
• Garage extra charge 3,00 Euro per day. Parking facilities for bicycles, skis, etc. available.
• Please note the following times for your arrival and departure: Arrival time from 14:00 and departure time 10:00.
• Due to changes in VAT rates, we indicate the overnight accommodation charges and additional services, such as breakfast, drinks, telephone, etc. on the invoice separately.

Cancellation of the reservation can be made free of charge until 4 week prior to the first day of arrival, then we charge 25% of the total price for each week of reservation. Thank you for your understanding.
